Still Water

I was inspired by my January journal quilt which was from a picture taken at Centre Parcs.  I added water for the blue line and used colours I had in my stash.  The fabrics are silks that I had over from curtains made.  I added batik cottons from my collection.  I have free machine quilted with Madeira rayon threads and hand stitched with cotton perle No 5 and 8.  The inner layer is domette curtain interlining and its back is silk left over from a curtain job.  I have also couched cotton thread on.
