Close to the Hedge l

Inspired by the forms of traditionally laid hedges; the boundaries along my local walks, the stark, bare forms and ragged branched tops have been dye-painted and subsequently quilted.  The thin blue line has been stitched to depict the skyline.

 
Silk, silk-viscose velvet, cotton and rayon thread.
