Threads of Water

Venice with its threads of water dividing the islands that make up the most beautiful city on earth, with crumbling buildings of incredible colour and architecture is the perfect inspiration.


Photos printed on to previously dyed and monoprinted fabric with appliqué of paper and various fabrics.  The whole quilt is free machine quilted.
